Sperry Chalet Reservations

Open: July 7 through September 10

RESERVATIONS:

Sperry Chalet has 17 private guest rooms, ranging in occupancy from one to five guests, various single and double bed arrangements.

Please break parties down to individual family units and/or single males and single females for room assignments. We, of course, try to fill rooms, therefor requests for specific rooms will not be honored. The reservation office assigns rooms as reservations are made, rooms are not assigned by the chalet staff.

It helps if you have alternate acceptable dates and party sizes in a reservation request.

Reservations for the 2011 season will not be available until late October 2010.

OVERNIGHT RATES:

2010 Rates:
(Full American Plan only - includes dinner, breakfast and trail lunch or chalet lunch).
$180 US first person,
$125 US each additional person, same room.

Plus Montana Accommodations Tax of 7% of all lodging charges.

Rate Details

DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS:

A deposit of $40 per person per night is required to hold a reservation. Deposit is due within 14 days of booking date or the reservation is automatically canceled. Deposits must accompany reservations created June 1 or later.

Full payment must be made by 10 days before arrival date.

Payments are accepted by cash, check, travellers' check or major credit card.

CHANGING RESERVATIONS

Reservation changes or cancellations made prior to June 1st are complimentary. Beginning June 1st a $10 administrative fee will be charged for reservation changes.

A reservation change includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Changing the arrival date.
Changing the departure date.
Decreasing the number in the party.
Changing the number of rooms used.
Reservation cancellations.

The following activities will NOT be charged the administrative fee:

Making a payment
Notifying of special dietary needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The simple version

June 1

Cancel prior to June 1 for a full refund.
$10 fee for changes or cancellations after June 1.

10 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancel less than 10 days prior to arrival and you forfeit the deposit payment plus any admin fees. The remaining balance is refunded.

4 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations less than 4 days prior to arrival forfeit all payments. No refunds.

The detailed version:

A full refund will be made for all cancellations made prior to June 1.

Cancellations received after May 31 will be charged a $10 administrative fee.

Cancellations received in our office by 6:00pm ten days prior to the reservation arrival date will be refunded in full, less an administrative fee of $10.

Cancellations received in our office by 6:00pm 4 days prior to the chalet arrival date will be forfeit the deposit and $10 administrative fee. The balance of all other payment will be refunded.

Cancellations received after 6:00pm 4 days prior to the chalet arrival date will not be eligible for any refund.

A 'No Show' at the chalet is a full reservation cancellation.

Only our West Glacier office can issue a refund.

Openings created by cancellations are available immediately to the next request for the opening. We do not maintain a waiting list.

We are not responsible for the weather or weather related conditions. Weather conditions do not change the terms of the cancellation policy.

AGENT NOTICE: Effective 20 October 2003, we do not accept second party reservations!
